photo-works

Please scroll down this page to see my photo-compositions.

Left click on the picture + sign to move around the image very close up (when the + is pressed it may take a little time to load). On tablets one can enlarge with the finger and thumb of course. Please look at the site widescreen on a tablet but preferably please view on a full-size computer screen if possible or best of all on your new189cm screen 4K television, should you have one.

PLEASE NOTE - most images here are compressed by up to ten times and so the details are somewhat degraded compared to those in a full resolution print.

The main intention of this work is that it should be looked at and scanned very near-to

by the viewer and this close-up view is ideal even if rather lacking detail compared to the print.

There are short texts next to each composition which hope to give some context to where they were taken and some of my thoughts of the visual and 'musical' connections within them.

A framed print can be ordered on the contact page but be aware only one print of each picture is available for purchase - thus making each piece a unique art work like a painting would be.

The prints ( Fujifilm c-type archive prints on heavy paper ) for sale on framed in handsome plain black frames with white mounts. Most of the wide thin ones are about 100cm wide. The landscape oblong ones are in region of 50-60cm wide and the portrait thin ones are 50-60 com tall. Of course the frames and mounts add between 15-20cm to the above dimensions.

Prices at the moment for photographic works are £200 (A) and £250 (B) and as listed separately
